Loren Hollingsworth is an experienced business leader and educator with more than two decades of experience in business consulting, professional relationship development, and advanced program education. He works with business owners, executives, financial professionals, CPAs, attorneys, and other professional partners to introduce planning concepts and coordinate access to the appropriate program providers and independent advisors.

A graduate of George Washington University with studies in Philosophy, Political Science, and Business, Loren previously served as an Executive Consultant at George S. May International Company, where he evaluated business operations and assisted organizations with implementing corporate initiatives.

Loren is also a frequent conference speaker and has qualified for Million Dollar Round Table's Top of the Table. At PWR, he focuses on leadership, education, strategic partnerships, and the coordinated review of sophisticated business and planning opportunities. Individual tax, legal, insurance, and investment guidance is provided by the appropriately credentialed professionals involved in each engagement.

Kirby Sommerfeld is an entrepreneur and business-development leader with more than 20 years of experience in market development, strategic relationships, and organizational growth. He has worked with startup teams and established businesses across multiple industries, supporting partnership development, market expansion, and go-to-market execution.

At PWR, Kirby focuses on developing professional partnerships, supporting program distribution, and strengthening relationships among PWR, its partners, and participating providers. He also mentors entrepreneurs and contributes practical business-development experience to the firm's growth.

Stacey Sommerfeld is an operations and client-relations leader with more than 15 years of experience in business operations, relationship management, and organizational growth. She has helped build and operate businesses across multiple industries and brings a practical, hands-on approach to process management and client support.

At PWR, Stacey oversees service workflows, operational coordination, internal processes, and business-development support. Her focus is maintaining an organized, responsive, and consistent experience for the advisors, families, and participating professionals in each engagement.
